Terms and Conditions for Supplying Carbon Fibre Tubing:

1. Agreement: By purchasing carbon fibre tubes from Carbon Fibre Tubing, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the supply of the product. These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Carbon Fibre Tubing Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to the customer ("you", "your"). By purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Delivery: The carbon fibre tubes will be delivered ideally within 21 days from the date of order confirmation, subject to availability and manufacturing lead times.

3. All product descriptions, information, and materials are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We strive to ensure that product information is accurate, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4. Limited Warranty: Carbon Fibre Tubing provides a limited warranty that the carbon fibre tubes will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, or use of the product. We do not warrant that the products will meet your requirements or that any defects in the products will be corrected.

5. No Responsibility for Use: Carbon Fibre Tubing takes no responsibility for the chosen use or application of the carbon fibre tubes by the buyer or any third party. The structural strength and suitability of the product for its intended purpose are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Liability Limitation: Carbon Fibre Tubing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the carbon fibre tubes, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you in connection with any product purchased shall not exceed the price paid for that product.

7. Indemnification: The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Carbon Fibre Tubing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of the carbon fibre tubes, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the products or any breach of these terms and conditions.

8. Force Majeure: Carbon Fibre Tubing shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, accidents, or governmental restrictions.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the uk.

10. Miscellaneous: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Carbon Fibre Tubing and the buyer regarding the supply of carbon fibre tubes and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

11. Acknowledgement: By purchasing a product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
